V-Bar Pulldown (close neutral grip)
A close neutral grip allows a big lat range and is comfortable on the shoulder.
How to do it
- Neutral V-handle, chest high
- Pull the handle to your chest driving your elbows down
- Stretch out at the top under control
Sets, reps and tempo
Ranges: 8–12 reps · 1–3 RIR
Tempo: Pull for 1–2 s, squeeze at the top and lower for 2–3 s resisting the load
