A set six reps shy of failure is not a set
Every app counts sets. Fitorex weights them by how close to failure you stopped: 4 reps in reserve or fewer counts as a full set; 5–6 counts as half; 7 or more, a quarter.
The result is that your weekly volume per muscle reflects real stimulus, not how many times you got off the bench. And when effective volume falls short, the app tells you before the lack of progress does.

We don't ask if you're advanced. We work it out
Ticking "intermediate" on a form is the worst possible data source: half of people undersell themselves and half oversell. Fitorex infers your level from your own numbers — relative strength, body composition, rate of progress and consistency — and recalculates it on its own.
That level drives which intensity techniques you're offered, your starting volume, the jargon the app uses and even the tone Fito talks to you in.

When there is no data, there is no invented number
Showing "87% recovered" every single day is easy. Admitting that today there's only one reliable signal — and that you can't score anything with that — is harder and far more useful.
Fitorex's aggregate scores require at least two reliable signals before they appear. If they aren't there, you'll see what's missing and how to get it, not a pretty hollow number.
