Underhand Lat Pulldown
An underhand grip keeps your elbows tucked to your body and adds more biceps to the lat pull.
How to do it
- Palms towards you, grip at shoulder width
- Pull to your chest driving your elbows down and back
- Squeeze your lat at the bottom
Sets, reps and tempo
Ranges: 8–12 reps · 1–3 RIR
Tempo: Pull for 1–2 s, squeeze at the top and lower for 2–3 s resisting the load

- Leaning back to pull
- Not completing the stretch at the top
