Low-to-High Cable Wood Chopper
The low-to-high version of the wood chopper; an ascending diagonal rotation for the obliques.
How to do it
- Low pulley, pull diagonally upwards
- Rotate from your trunk, not just your arms
- Control the descent
Sets, reps and tempo
Ranges: 8–15 reps or 20–45 s under tension · 1–2 RIR
Tempo: Slow, controlled movement; no momentum and no bouncing
